Besides using the manual Questionnaires which were delivered door to door, citizens can submit their input through the following methods.

Hurry and submit your input before the deadline. All residents who shall submit their completed hard copy questionnaires will be given a token of branded materials.
Council would like set the record straight pertaining to questionnaires that were distributed to pupils in Sakubva Area at one of the schools. The forms were indeed issued to pupils for onward submission to their parents and guardians. The forms were never meant to be completed by the pupils.
The parents and guardians played their part and completed the forms and later returned them to the school, wherein council officials collected them.
Council has carried out investigations on the matter and findings are that there were no pupils who were instructed, requested or asked to complete the questionnaire forms as alleged. The forms were distributed at only one primary school in Sakubva.
Meanwhile we encourage our citizens to play their part in the budget formulation process.
