Congratulations to The City of Mutare for winning the Most Disruptive Organisation of the Year during the MegaFest 2023 Eastern Region Awards. The Acting Town Clerk Mr Blessing Kapuya Chafesuka won the Local Authority Leader of the Year and Ms Christine Mabika won the Young Executive Award.
